MONIQUE DE LA TOUR is collaborating with the farmers to create sustainable packaging for the goods they produce, along with sharing information on traditional Taino/Native American techniques to dry and preserve plants and foods. Farmers products will be for sale in locations throughout Jamaica - or you can support them directly if you visit their farms.
*we connect you directly with trusted locals in Jamaica, who we have known for years. They are all our close friends. We suggest a minimum donation of US$20 per person over a 24 hr period paid directly to the farmer for sharing their time, expertise and space with you.
